We are looking for an Early Childhood Teacher.
Responsibilities :
Teaching and Learning

• Develop and implement engaging lessons and activity plans based on the EYFS framework.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment that supports early exploration and discovery.
• Organise and supervise a variety of learning and play activities (e.g., art, music, reading, outdoor exploration).
• Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, sharing feedback with parents and relevant professionals.
• Support the emotional, social, and physical development of each child.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date child development records in accordance with school policy.

Child Wellbeing and Safety

• Promote the safety, well-being, and happiness of all children under your care.
• Ensure the classroom and surrounding areas are clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
• Liaise effectively with parents, carers, and external specialists to support individual learning and development needs.

Professionalism and Collaboration

• Lead by example in upholding the school’s values and approach to early childhood education.
• Supervise and guide classroom assistants and support staff as required.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and parents to foster a collaborative environment.
