Job description:
We are looking for an operational and entrepreneurial General Manager to supervise all local activities. The position combines strategic leadership, business development and operational rigor. The CEO will be responsible for ensuring the profitability, growth and regulatory compliance of the company, while maintaining strong relationships with customers, insurers and local authorities.
Main responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and implement the local strategy in line with the group’s objectives.
• Represent the company before institutions, insurers, partners and authorities.
• Lead the local team with discipline, transparency and clear objectives.
• Report regularly to the Board on performance and opportunities.
• Promote a corporate culture based on ethics, compliance and trust.

Financial management

• Supervise the income statement (P&L), cash flow and profitability.
• Track revenue, expenses, commissions and brokerage margins.
• Supervise accounting, invoicing and collections with precise reporting.
• Ensure compliance with tax and industry regulations.
• Optimize costs and establish financial discipline.

Business development

• Define and manage the commercial strategy to increase market share.
• Identify and realize new opportunities in the corporate and individual segments.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, insurers and reinsurance partners.
• Supervise calls for tenders and renewals, ensuring competitiveness and quality of service.
• Develop the company’s visibility and reputation in the market.

Operations & customer service

• Guarantee the proper functioning of daily operations and compliance with deadlines.
• Supervise policy administration, claims management and customer follow-up.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and internal procedures.
• Ensure the proper maintenance and complete archiving of customer files.

Governance, compliance & risk management

• Strict compliance with local laws, regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Manage financial, operational and reputational risks.

Human resources management

• Recruit, train and retain talent to support growth.
• Define roles, performance indicators and development objectives.
• Promote team spirit, individual responsibility and continuous learning.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws.
