Position : Digital and Field Marketing Specialist – Accra

Our product range varies, ensuring a broad spectrum of opportunities for our clients.
We are looking for a Digital & Field Marketing Specialist to grow our online presence and find new clients. You will create and manage our social media accounts, promote our products, and actively reach out to businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage social media pages (we are happy to hear your proposal on the medium).
- Create engaging content, including posts, images, and videos.
- Design product catalogs and promotional materials.
- Run online ads and respond to customer inquiries.
- Identify and reach out to potential business clients.
- Actively visit businesses, present proposals, and onboard new clients.
- Build relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and resellers.
- Close sales and provide updates on customer needs and market trends.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: Negotiable
- Commission: Earn more based on sales and new clients onboarded

Who we are looking for :
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sales Representative or Marketing Specialist.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience in social media marketing and sales.
- Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English and Twi (written and spoken).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Comfortable approaching and pitching to businesses.
