Data Migration Manager” is a critical, hands on, multi-skilled leadership role as for the core banking modernisation program. You’ll be responsible for management, planning and coordination of the Data Migration phases of the Core Banking stream of work. Ideal candidate should have previous data migration experience in a Banking environment.

What you’ll do …

  • Manages the overall Data Migration strategy, plan, process and progress of the Data Migration stream of the Core Banking project across multiple solutions.
  • Manage 3rd party Data Migration vendors, Develop and execute Data Migration strategies.
  • Development of the Data Migration stream processes, controls, and tools
  • Identify risks and internal roadblocks are removed that jeopardize project progress
  • Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to achieve business outcomes

What we’re looking for….

  • Proven experience of working on or leading similar data migration activities on a core banking transformation program or large organisation wide transformation progress.
  • Proven experience in leading large teams working across the organisation and managing different stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated experience working with delivery partner resources (onshore/offshore) and stakeholders in different time zones.
  • Extensive knowledge of data migration methods, tools, and technology
  • Strong Attention to Detail – ensure the accuracy and quality of work and information.
  • Proficiency in building relationships, well-developed interpersonal skills, and proven team development skills.
