Position : Data Entry Clerck – Help Desk Support – Tema

We are looking for a Data Entry Clerck – Help Desk Support.
This is a full-time, on-site role for a data entry clerk located in the Tema Free Zone. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for typing data into computer systems, providing basic Help desk support, hardware, network, and software troubleshooting, administrative assistance, communicating effectively, and delivering excellent overall system data entry.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Professional Diploma or Degree in Hardware and Networking
  • Experience with data entry software and systems
  • knowledge of software, ERP is a Plus
  • Typing and Computer Literacy skills
  • Administrative Assistance and Communication Skills
  • Customer Service skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
