Position : Data Analyst – Accra
Job Summary:
The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, organising, analysing, and interpreting data to help an organisation make informed business decisions. The role involves identifying trends, preparing reports, creating dashboards, and communicating data-driven insights to management and other teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data from internal and external sources.
- Clean, organize, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management.
- Create dashboards and data visualizations.
- Identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps.
- Translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Work with departments to define data requirements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain databases and analytical documentation.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning.
- Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working with data analysis or business intelligence is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
