We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service from the moment they walk through our doors or reach out to us. You will handle enquiries, manage bookings, and assist with day-to-day operations to create a welcoming and seamless experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities:



  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs, whether in person, over the phone, or online.
  • Manage appointments and bookings efficiently using our scheduling system.
  • Provide accurate information about our beauty services, treatments, and products.
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, including maintaining client records and processing payments.
  • Ensure the reception and waiting areas are kept tidy and welcoming.
  • Promote our products and services where appropriate to enhance the customer experience.
  • Work closely with the beauty therapists and management team to ensure smooth daily operations.
