Job Description

  • Interact with customers via various communication channels, such as phone, email, chat, or in-person.
  • Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Communicate accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer problems, escalating complex issues to higher- level support when necessary.
  • Collect customer feedback and provide it to the management team for continuous improvement.

Summary

A Customer Service Representative is a crucial member of a company’s team responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, issues, and requests related to the company’s products or services.



  • Minimum Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E)
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: 1 year

 

Qualifications:

  • Senior High School or Diploma
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and write English.
  • Patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
