• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed out or upset
• Comfortable using computers
• Experience working with customer support

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal communicator
• Familiar with the software used to connect with customers and gather their information
• Knowledge of applicable products and markets
• One to two years working experience
• HND or degree
