Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to Inquiries: Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries from prospective and existing students or clients promptly and professionally.
- Enrollment Assistance: Guide students through the enrollment process, including providing information about course options, schedules, and pricing.
- Scheduling: Manage appointments and lesson schedules for students, instructors, and vehicles efficiently.
- Information Dissemination: Distribute educational materials and resources to students, ensuring they have access to all necessary information.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by students, clients, or instructors effectively and in a timely manner.
- Payment Processing: Assist with payment processing and ensure accurate records of payments received.
- Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of student and client information, appointments, and interactions in our CRM system.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from students and clients to help us continually improve our services.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support as needed, including filing, data entry, and general office tasks.
Requirements:
