We are seeking for a dynamic and dedicated Customer Care Agent to join our team in Accra, providing exceptional support to our diverse customer base.

As a Customer Care Agent with proficiency in both English and Haousa Dialect, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Missions:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner;
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products, services, and policies;
  • Assist customers with order placements, tracking, cancellations, and returns;
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions;
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer concerns;
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to ongoing training initiatives;
  • Uphold a positive and empathetic attitude while addressing customer needs;
  • Adhere to company guidelines and standards for customer interactions.
Required profile for job ad : Customer Care Agent ( English & Haousa Speakers )Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English;
  • Proficiency in English and Haousa Dialect ( proficiency in Haousa is a must );
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet;
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset;
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with customer concerns and inquiries;
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks accordingly;
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus;
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
