We Are Hiring a Creative Director / Lead Designer – Airport City, Accra.
Role Overview
A growing Real Estate and Construction firm in Airport City is seeking a Creative Director / Lead Designer to own and execute the company’s visual identity, digital presence, and marketing execution across all platforms. This role blends design, marketing strategy, technology, and brand storytelling, and is critical to positioning the firm as a modern, credible, and premium real estate brand.
The ideal candidate is strategic and hands-on—someone who can design, build, direct, and execute, while also understanding how creative assets drive sales, trust, and investor confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Visual Leadership

• Own and evolve the company’s brand identity across digital, print, on-site, and investor materials.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality visual standards across marketing, sales, and corporate communications.
• Translate architectural and construction concepts into compelling visual stories.

Graphic Design & Content Creation

• Design marketing assets including social media graphics, project brochures, flyers, signage, pitch decks, investor materials, and presentations.
• Create and oversee photo, video, and short-form content for social platforms.

Social Media & Digital Content

• Lead social media content creation (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
• Develop content calendars aligned with sales, launches, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to produce content that drives engagement, leads, and brand credibility.

Marketing Strategy Support

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns for projects, launches, and brand initiatives.
• Align creative output with business goals, sales targets, and investor communications.
• Assist with market positioning and audience targeting through creative execution.

Website & Digital Platforms

• Build, update, and maintain the company website (or manage external developers).
• Ensure the website reflects the company’s premium positioning, current projects, and credibility.
• Optimize basic UX/UI, visuals, and content structure for clarity and conversion.

Technical & Creative Support

• Provide hands-on technical assistance with website tools, design software, internal templates, and brand systems.
• Support teams with branded templates for proposals, reports, and presentations.
