- Market Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive market entry and growth strategy for Kalabash Payment in Ghana, aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, alliances, and opportunities to expand Kalabash Payment’s presence in the local fintech ecosystem.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all local regulatory requirements and standards, staying updated with relevant legal and compliance changes in the Ghanaian fintech industry.
- Financial Performance: Drive revenue growth, manage budgeting, and financial performance in Ghana, optimizing profitability while maintaining high-quality fintech services.

Qualification
