Position : Country Manager – Accra
We are seeking a Country Manager to join our team. This position involves overseeing sales operations within the consumer goods sector, managing a diverse sales team across wholesale, retail, and HORECA channels, and driving strategic growth in multiple regions. The role requires leadership in operational management and strong commercial prospecting to meet business objectives.
Key Responsabilities:
- Lead and coordinate the sales team to achieve regional and national sales targets across various channels including wholesale, retail, and HORECA.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to regional markets to maximize growth and market share.
- Manage relationships with key clients and partners to foster long-term collaborations and expand the company’s footprint.
- Oversee operational management processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Drive team leadership initiatives, including training, motivation, and performance evaluation, to build a high-performing sales force.

- Active in the consumer goods industry, with regional expertise in Ashanti, Brong Ahafo, Central, Eastern, Greater Accra, Northern, Upper East, Upper West, Volta, Western regions, and international markets.
