Job Description
Overview
1. Objectives
• Stabilize office operation and administrative work by recruiting appropriate local personnel to work in the Ghana Representative office of KEITI, and lay the foundation for establishing a local cooperation network in Ghana
2. Number to be selected: 1 person
3. Activity Period
• December 2024 to November 2025. After a one-year contract, an extension is possible after evaluation
4. Responsibilities/Activities Include
• Environmental reporting: Must be able to collect environmental information and prepare important country-specific environmental reports.
• Project development: Various environmental projects must be discovered through cooperation with the government, etc.
5. Compensation
• Allowance of about US$900 per month
• Outstanding person will have the opportunity to extend their contract into the following year.
6. Requirements
Mandatory Requirements
• Must have citizenship in one of the countries located on African continent, and currently residing in the country of citizenship
• Must be able to communicate and write documents in English or Korean
Preferred Requirements
• Demonstrates keen interest in the political, economic, and environmental trends of the African continent/region/country and in promoting relations and exchanges with Korea
• Recommended by the Korean government, related institutions, academic institutions, or companies
