Position : Business Development Manager – Accra

We believe in empowering our team members to grow while directly benefiting from their success.We’re seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our team full time and drive brand growth through effective sales and marketing initiatives. This position offers a base salary plus 7.5% commission on all sales, providing substantial earning potential for the right candidate who can effectively connect our brand with our target market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute in person marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and fashion retailers
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Represent the brand at fashion events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- Implement direct marketing techniques to reach target customers
- Generate and nurture leads through personal outreach and relationship building
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Provide market feedback and competitive analysis to the team

Compensation
- Base salary of GHC1500 monthly
