Sivoko is a reputable manufacturing company based in Ghana, specializing in the production of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) structures, Semi Trailers, and Racking Systems. We are seeking dynamic and driven individuals to join our team as Business Development Executives in the West Africa region. As a Business Development Executive at Sivoko, you will play a pivotal role driving the growth & expansion of our business across the region.



  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Mid level

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industries, and market trends.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, cold-calling, and online platforms. Build a strong pipeline of potential clients for PEB structures, Semi Trailers, and Racking Systems.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client needs, requirements, and pain points to tailor solutions effectively.
  • Sales and Negotiations: Present Sivoko’s products and services to clients in a compelling manner, highlighting their benefits and features. Participate in sales negotiations, addressing client queries and concerns to close deals successfully.
  • Business Development Strategies: Develop and implement innovative strategies to expand Sivoko’s market presence in the West Africa region. Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts. Provide regular reports to the management team on sales performance and market trends.
  • Sales Targets Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets for PEB structures, Semi Trailers, and Racking Systems.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven individual.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in local languages and English is essential.

Location: Nationwide

Salary Range: Very Attractive
