As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a Business Development Executive to help expand our market presence and drive revenue growth.
Job Summary
The Business Development Executive will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and strengthening long-term client relationships across the oil & gas and related sectors.
Reports to: Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and assess new business and partnership opportunities within the oil & gas and related sectors in Ghana
- Conduct market and industry research to analyze trends, competition, and client needs
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Build, manage, and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Lead client negotiations, including pricing, contracts, and service-level agreements
- Collaborate with technical, operations, and finance teams to develop proposals and client solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and management reports
- Represent CEGL at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms
- Stay informed on regulatory developments, market dynamics, and emerging industry trends
- Track and report on sales pipeline, performance, and market insights

Qualifications & Experience
- 1–2 years’ experience in business development, sales, or customer relationship roles
- (Banking or financial services experience is an added advantage)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
