Duties
- Collaborate with staff, clients, and internal departmental teams to identify business requirements and enhance ERP software functionality.
- Establish consistency in Standard Operating Procedures documentation.
- Ensure uniformity across Business Continuity Plan documentation.
- Thoroughly test existing departmental business processes for effectiveness.
- Identify and trace requirements through workshops and gap analysis for best practice processes and decision records.
Required experience/skills
- Highly advanced analytical skills.
- Advanced capabilities in solving complex problems.
- A thorough comprehension of business processes.
- Flexibility to work in a change-resistant, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in business modelling and process mapping.
Desirable experience skills
- Familiarity with SAP/ERP.
- Prior experience in the public sector.
- Capability to operate within the Agency’s culture.
