Brand and Marketing Manager At Legendary Foods

Legendary Foods is seeking an experienced and creative Brand Manager to oversee the management and promotion of both our product brands and corporate brand on a Ghanaian, pan-African, and global scale. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, ensuring consistent brand representation, and driving revenue growth across various markets.

Duties Of The Role

Brand Strategy:

  • Develop and execute global brand strategies for both product lines and the corporate brand.
  • Ensure alignment of brand strategies with the overall business objectives.
  • Identify and capitalize on market trends to enhance brand positioning.

Marketing Campaigns

  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
  • Create compelling marketing collateral, content, and advertisements for B2C and B2B segments.
  • Oversee both below-the-line (BTL) and, where applicable, above-the-line (ATL) marketing initiatives.

Online And Offline Presence

  • Manage the online presence of Legendary Foods through social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
  • Ensure a consistent and compelling offline presence through various channels, including print media and events.

Global Brand Management

  • Adapt and localize marketing strategies for different markets while maintaining a consistent global brand identity.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to tailor campaigns to local cultures and preferences.

Reputation Management

  • Safeguard and enhance the reputation of product brands and the corporate brand globally.
  • Monitor and respond to feedback and reviews, ensuring positive brand perception.

Customer Segmentation

  • Define and target specific customer segments through tailored messaging and marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.

Reporting And Analysis

  • Provide regular reports on the performance of marketing initiatives and their impact on brand growth.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine and optimize marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Brand Manager in the FMCG or food-tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of global marketing trends and the ability to adapt strategies for diverse markets.
  • Experience in online and offline marketing, content creation, and social media management.
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a focus on revenue growth and brand equity.
  • Familiarity with B2B and B2C marketing channels.
