Position : Beauty Advisor – Accra
We’re looking for a Beauty Advisor.
Missions:
- Welcome and engage customers, providing professional and personalized beauty consultations based on their needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Recommend suitable skincare, makeup, fragrance, and beauty products and explain their features, benefits, and proper usage.
- Demonstrate products and provide guidance on application techniques, product combinations, and beauty routines.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling, upselling, cross-selling, and product recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, beauty trends, new product launches, and competitor activities.
- Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards and ensure products are attractively displayed and adequately stocked.
- Monitor product availability, assist with stock counts, and report stock discrepancies or replenishment needs.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales environment in line with company standards.
- Support promotional activities, product launches, and in-store marketing campaigns.
Required profile for job ad : Beauty Advisor – Accra
- Minimum of a SSCE, OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong sales and persuasion skills with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Good knowledge of beauty products, skincare, makeup, and fragrances.
- Passionate about beauty, fashion, and current beauty trends.
- Professional appearance with excellent grooming and presentation.
- Customer-focused, confident, approachable, and able to build lasting customer relationships.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment and as part of a team.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail and accountability.
