What we seek:
Greenish Tree Care is seeking Arborist.
Reporting to manager, arborist will be responsible for the care, maintenance, and management of trees on client’s premises, ensuring their health, safety, and aesthetic appeal.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Maintenance of trees on client’s premises including, but not limited to, trimming, pruning and removal.
· Treating trees with fertilizers and insecticides
· Advising clients on general tree care.
· Training and supervision of casual employees employed from time to time.
· Waste management
· Recycling of trees
To be successful in this role, you’ll need the following skills and knowledge:
· Proven work experience as an Arborist or similar role
· Knowledge of soil biology and fertilizer compositions
· Familiarity with climbing equipment
· Ability to operate handsaws and mechanical devices
· Ability to work in all weather conditions and at heights
Essential Attributes & Qualifications
· At least 2 years of relevant work experience as an Arborist
