Key Responsibilities

  • Compiles and updates employee records
  • Assists with daily HR functions operations
  • Coordinates HR projects and takes minutes or reports
  • Assists in payroll preparation
  • Manages to leave records
  • Manages flight and hotel reservations
  • Properly handles employee complaints and grievances
  • Prepares regularly scheduled reports
  • Any related duties as may be assigned

Required Skills or Experience

  • Proven relevant experience
  • Knowledge of the Labour Law
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • BSc. Business Administration (Human Resource Management)
