Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Performing basic office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail, filing, etc.
  • Maintaining a database, ensuring that records are complete and current.
  • Recording information, processing, and filing forms.
  • Preparing checks, deposits, budgets, and financial reports.
  • Updating ledgers, researching, and resolving discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Data Entries
  • Payments of monthly Taxes/SSNIT
  • Collection and Checking Of monthly financial reports from workers
  •  Follower up on payments receipts from workers if necessary
  • Bank deposits
  • Follow ups on names writings from the various sites
  • Filings of documents
  • And Any other duties

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary Range: GHC 2000.00  Net Salary
