Job Description/Requirements
The Accounts Associate will:
- Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. Verify and reconcile invoices, receipts, and purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in the accounting system. Organize and file financial documents, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with record-keeping policies.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Monitor and report any irregularities or suspicious activities.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other related documents.
- Ensure adherence to relevant accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes. Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
