Position : Marketing Director / Country Manager – Ghana Accra
We are seeking a Marketing Director / Country Manager to join GMOVES Company Limited in Ghana. This strategic leadership role involves spearheading market expansion efforts, strengthening brand positioning, and ensuring operational excellence within the enterprise IT and business consulting sectors. The position demands comprehensive responsibility for the country’s business growth, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships, all within a dynamic and competitive environment.
Missions:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive market strategy tailored to Ghana that aligns with GMOVES’ overall business objectives and growth ambitions.
- Lead and coordinate innovative marketing initiatives across digital platforms, support enterprise sales enablement, and promote thought leadership to enhance market visibility.
- Strengthen and elevate brand positioning to establish GMOVES as a premier IT and business consulting firm recognized for excellence in Ghana.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic alliances with corporate clients, government entities, and small to medium-sized enterprises to foster business expansion.
- Manage revenue targets, oversee profitability, and ensure optimal P&L performance through effective business development, client relationship management, and operational strategies.
- Build, develop, and lead high-performing teams across marketing, sales, and operational functions to achieve strategic goals.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and uphold operational standards to maintain excellence in all activities.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to gather insights for service innovation, competitive positioning, and market differentiation.

Key Requirements:
- 8 to 12+ years of proven experience in marketing, consulting, IT services, or senior business leadership roles.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years in a senior leadership or country management capacity, demonstrating strategic oversight.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions, digital transformation initiatives, or consulting services within the industry.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share in competitive environments.
- Experience working within Ghana or West African markets is highly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to foster strategic relationships.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Financial acumen with experience in managing P&L responsibilities and business financials.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related discipline.
- An MBA or postgraduate qualification is considered an advantage, enhancing strategic and managerial capabilities.
