We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team. This position involves overseeing and coordinating all aspects of warehouse activities, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy within a dynamic professional environment.
Missions:

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods to meet operational targets.
• Ensure proper storage of products to prevent damage, loss, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve warehouse procedures and operational policies to optimize workflow.
• Monitor workflow efficiency, analyze warehouse layout, and optimize space utilization for maximum productivity.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics schedules to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and conduct regular stock counts and audits.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, monitor stock levels, and coordinate replenishment activities to prevent stockouts or excess.
• Implement measures to minimize stock losses, damages, and obsolete inventory through effective inventory control.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
• Assign duties, manage work schedules, and promote teamwork, discipline, and productivity among staff.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and ensure staff compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
• Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring operational readiness and safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment, reporting repair and maintenance needs promptly.
• Manage warehouse security systems and access controls to safeguard assets.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports on inventory, productivity, and warehouse performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze data to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs, managing warehouse budgets and controlling expenses.
• Maintain comprehensive records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
