Position : Admission Representative – Accra Ghana

Global Education Systems is a leading study abroad consultancy connecting Ghanaian students to top universities in the UK, Canada, USA, Malta, Ireland, and other Schengen countries. We have placed over 500 students since 2020 and are currently expanding our Ghana office.
The role
As an Admission Representative, you will be the first point of contact for students seeking to study abroad. You will guide them from their initial inquiry through to admission with integrity and a focus on results.
Responsibilities
- Student Counselling: Advise enquiries via walk-ins, phone, and online platforms regarding study destinations, courses, entry requirements, and visa processes.
- Application Management: Assist students with university applications, document reviews, and file submissions to admissions teams.
- Follow-Up & Conversion: Maintain daily follow-ups with leads via WhatsApp, calls, and email to achieve monthly admission targets.
- Record Keeping: Update the CRM daily with lead status, submitted applications, and offers received.

Requirements
- Education: Minimum HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years in sales, customer service, or education consulting. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Excellent spoken and written English, persuasive communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Traits: Target-driven, empathetic, professional appearance, and the ability to work weekends during peak seasons.
- Bonus: Previous study abroad experience or knowledge of UK, Canada, or Schengen visa routes.
