Position : Helper – All States In United Arab Emirates
We are looking for Helpers.
Helpers at Reality Engineering Services provide essential support to skilled tradesmen in shipyards, fabrication yards, offshore platforms, drydocks, and industrial projects. They assist welders, fabricators, riggers, mechanical fitters, and other technical personnel to ensure smooth workflow, safety, and productivity at the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled workers (welders, fabricators, riggers, fitters, mechanics, etc.) in daily operations.
- Carry, hold, and position tools, materials, and equipment as instructed.
- Perform basic tasks such as grinding, cleaning, cutting, marking, and material preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, tools, and equipment.
- Support loading/unloading, material shifting, and housekeeping at worksites.
- Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and supervisor instructions.
- Assist in firewatch, standby duties, and hot-work preparation when required.
- Report hazards, incidents, and unsafe conditions immediately to supervisors.

Required Skills & Attributes
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and manual handling.
- Basic understanding of tools and equipment used in shipyard and industrial operations.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.

Work Environment
- Shipyards, drydocks, offshore platforms, workshops, marine vessels, oil & gas sites.
- Exposure to hot-work areas, confined spaces, heights (with supervision), and outdoor conditions.
