Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Performing basic office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail, filing, etc.
- Maintaining a database, ensuring that records are complete and current.
- Recording information, processing, and filing forms.
- Preparing checks, deposits, budgets, and financial reports.
- Updating ledgers, researching, and resolving discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Data Entries
- Payments of monthly Taxes/SSNIT
- Collection and Checking Of monthly financial reports from workers
- Follower up on payments receipts from workers if necessary
- Bank deposits
- Follow ups on names writings from the various sites
- Filings of documents
- And Any other duties
