Key Responsibilities
- Compiles and updates employee records
- Assists with daily HR functions operations
- Coordinates HR projects and takes minutes or reports
- Assists in payroll preparation
- Manages to leave records
- Manages flight and hotel reservations
- Properly handles employee complaints and grievances
- Prepares regularly scheduled reports
- Any related duties as may be assigned
Required Skills or Experience
- Proven relevant experience
- Knowledge of the Labour Law
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- BSc. Business Administration (Human Resource Management)
