- 15 years of Combined Cycle Power Plant experience with 5 years of management experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Engineering
- Utility Power Plant operation, maintenance, and engineering experience (Required)
- Must have technical knowledge of Maintenance and Operations within the Power/Energy Industry
- Experience in managing the CAPEX program and optimising the O&M budgets
- Strategic experience in developing and executing O&M objectives
