Job Description
As a Recruitment Consultant at Alliance Recruitment Consultants, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and placing top-tier candidates within our clients’ organisations. This multifaceted role involves sourcing, screening, managing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process from start to finish. We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven professional to join our team. Having well-spoken English skills is an essential requirement when supplying staff to our clients in the UK. Effective communication is at the heart of providing high-quality healthcare services and maintaining professional relationships with clients, patients, and colleagues. The candidate must have proven experience working as a recruitment consultant with business development or a strong sales backgroud.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
- Provide consultative advice on hiring strategies, market trends, and candidate profiles.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ industries, culture, and specific requirements.
Candidate Sourcing and Assessment
- Utilise various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients, highlighting their strengths and suitability for the roles.
End-to-End Recruitment Process
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial client briefings to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback from clients and candidates, and facilitate the decision-making process.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Market Research and Networking
- Stay informed about industry trends, talent pools, and competitor activities.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to expand your professional network.
Sales and Business Development
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell recruitment services to existing clients.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and industries for expansion.
Data Management and Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the company’s CRM system.
- Generate regular reports on recruitment activities, performance metrics, and pipeline status.
- Must have proven experience working as a recruitment consultant or a similar role within the recruitment industry.
- A successful track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targer and client expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpesonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
- Well spoken english as clients will be in the UK.
- Attention to detail, ensuring accurate doucmentation and compliance with company and legal standards.
- Strong interviewing and asssessement skills to evaualte candiates qualificatios and cultral fit.
- Self motivation and the ablity to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results orientated with strong commitment to achieving recruitment goals and delivering high quality candiates to clients.
