We are seeking an experienced Zuora Billing and Integration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Zuora billing, customer and payment management processes, and must have experience with integrations between Zuora and various platforms such as Salesforce, payment gateways, and Avalara. Hands-on experience with Zuora workflow automation is essential, alongside a solid understanding of the Zuora platform, its administrative capabilities, objects, and APIs. The individual should be self-sufficient, capable of delivering results with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Conduct regular checks and monitor critical processes within production instances, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
  •  Collaborate with process owners to define, benchmark, and automate the delivery of operational KPI dashboards.
  • Architect, design, document, configure, deliver, and automate processes related to I2C using various applications, including billing systems and external collections teams.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in process and solution engineering while managing and delivering multiple cross-functional projects and integrations, with advanced presentation skills and effective communication.
  • Manage KLO, upgrades, and user stories within sprint deliveries.
  • Lead cross-functional requirement sessions to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements and functional specifications, ensuring the identification of unspoken or conflicting requirements and challenging existing norms.
