Team Leader | Accra At MAJOREL


We are looking for a Team Leader.
Missions:
Supervises his team:

  • Leads, manages and motivates a team of customer advisors
  • Supervises and monitors team results, with the aim of continuously improving productivity and meeting or exceeding quantitative targets.
  • Evaluates individual team performance and defines action and development plans to enhance individual skills.
  • Leads the team’s development plan by various means: coaching, training, etc.
  • Completes individual skills assessments for each customer advisor (debriefing, etc.).
  • Assists his team in managing difficulties in real time, and provides overall assistance.
  • Monitors and implements corrective actions.
  • Conducts performance reviews
  • Leads team challenges to boost team performance
  • Maintains own skills and deals with specific customer issues

Implements and enforces internal company procedures:

  • Promotes Group values within the team
  • Participates in maintaining the social climate and team cohesion by leading regular team meetings and taking part in events on production sites.
  • Informs and communicates management decisions news to his/her team.
  • Ensures proper use of equipment made available to his/her team.
  • Acts as a channel for relaying information from the field to line management.

Conditions of access to the position:

  • Education : 2 years’ higher education in management or equivalent
  • Experience: managerial experience 1 to 2 years
  • Perfect written and spoken skills required.
