OLLMOO is looking for a dynamic and creative
Social Media Manager
to join our team starting October 2, 2023.

OLLMOO finds itself in a fast-paced growth period and the Content Creator will independently manage our social media presence. The Content Creator will work closely with OLLMOO’s leadership team and align the communications strategy with business aims.
Responsibilities
- Manage OLLMOO’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter)
- Plan content monthly in Asana and be responsible for the content calendar
- Create visual content in Canva
- Write copy in OLLMOO’s brand tone with precise attention to detail to avoid spelling and grammar errors
- Script, film, and edit TikToks/Reels for OLLMOO’s social media accounts
- Write Blog posts for OLLMOO’s blog
- Create and manage the monthly community newsletter
- Weekly communications and content management with OLLMOO Ambassadors
- Community management on OLLMOO’s internal social media OLLMOO Connect
- End-of-month content audits
- Devise event formats with the wider team and successfully market events
- Exceptional command of English
- Confidence writing in a coherent brand voice about topics such as women in the workplace, thought leadership for the recruitment industry, the importance of DE&I, career advice, leadership tips, and current events/trends relating to women leaders
- Interest in current events and staying up to date on social media trends
- Graphic design skills with Canva
- Confidence in front of the camera and willingness to be the face in Reels/TikToks
- Proven experience as a writer/journalist; such as articles published by media outlets, journals or student newspapers
- Great organisational and time management skills, as well as attention to detail
- Agility and a willingness to learn on the job, happy to work in a time-sensitive capacity in an on-going content cycle
- Someone passionate about making a change and working for gender equality
