Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic sales-driven and customer-oriented Sales Officer to join our team at (Our cleaning Company).The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving growth and brand awareness in the cleaning industry. As a Sales Officer,you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to attract new customers, retain existing clients, and enhance our company’s brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to promote our cleaning services.
·Manage the sales budget, resources, and expenses in line with company policies.
·Achieve agreed upon sales targets and Key Performance Indicators within schedule.
Monitor and analyze the company’s sales performance, metrics, and trends,
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on activities and key performance indicators.
·Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (i.e. social media, email, and search engines), including content creation,scheduling,and engagement.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to expand customer base and improve company revenue.
Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
· Organize and participate in community events and trade shows to promote the company’s services.
Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on various platforms.
Qualifications:
HND / Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of digital sales strategies and tools.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Proficiency in using social media, email marketing software,and analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of the cleaning industry is a plus.
