Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audience behavior, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and traditional marketing, to achieve business goals.
• Create compelling marketing content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, emails, and marketing collateral, to engage and inform the target audience.
• Manage digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising, to maximize online visibility and lead generation.
• Build and maintain a strong presence on social media platforms. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and followers.
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials and campaigns. Maintain brand integrity and identity.
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies to acquire new customers and nurture existing leads through targeted campaigns.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively, tracking expenses and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• S.H.S, Diploma, HND and Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
• Proven experience in marketing roles, sales and business development
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
