Job Description/Requirements

Duties:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Identify and cultivate potential leads and opportunities for new projects. This may involve market research, networking, and cold calling
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the technical and project management teams to prepare detailed project proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and project scopes.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients, demonstrating the value and benefits of the proposed projects.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable for both parties and align with the company’s objectives.
  • If applicable, manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation to achieve sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales efforts.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes and strategies, adapting to changing market conditions and client needs.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to the sales team to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Develop strategies to retain existing clients and promote repeat business.
  • Ensure that the projects sold meet quality standards and client expectations.

Requirement:

  • Minimum Qualification should be a Degree
  • Should have at least 3 years of experience
