Job Description/Requirements
Duties:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Identify and cultivate potential leads and opportunities for new projects. This may involve market research, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the technical and project management teams to prepare detailed project proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and project scopes.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients, demonstrating the value and benefits of the proposed projects.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable for both parties and align with the company’s objectives.
- If applicable, manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation to achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales efforts.
- Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes and strategies, adapting to changing market conditions and client needs.
- Provide training and development opportunities to the sales team to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Develop strategies to retain existing clients and promote repeat business.
- Ensure that the projects sold meet quality standards and client expectations.
Requirement:
- Minimum Qualification should be a Degree
- Should have at least 3 years of experience
