Job Description/Requirements
What You Will Be Doing:
- Drive priorities to ensure our development and test fleet achieves schedule/scope/budget targets, proactively elevate risks and obstacles
- Work with matrixed team of partners from hardware, software, operations, customers and other teams to close gaps and resolve issues
- Track and communicate our fleet health and status to internal (including executive) teams on basis of well defined critical metrics, issue tracking and reporting dashboards
- Continuously improve our processes and workflows with internal partners and customers alike to strengthen our efficiency and of our development and test fleet
- Proactively engage with customers and development partners to drive issues to closure and improve overall platform quality and processes
What we need to see:
- BS degree or greater in an engineering field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of working experience
- Hands on experience with automotive and/or software product development
- Strong project/program/product management fundamentals
- Culture of continuous learning, ongoing process improvement, and a first-principles approach to problem-solving
- Experience in influencing decisions and leading teams in a matrix environment, comfortable with ambiguity
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
