Job Outline

• Power Systems Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales and providing technical expertise to customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and business growth to contribute to our organisations success by effectively promoting and selling CATERPILLAR Generating set in Ghana, with a focus on Greater Accra Region.

Objectives

• Increase customer base for Generator business
• Improve Generator sets sales for Mantrac Ghana
• Follow up on marketing campaigns
• Report competition information about the market and market needs

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Executes Power, Generating Set sales in accordance with the company’s finance policy
• Generates and submits call reports to management
• Follows up on clients and communicates feedback to management
• Executes effective sales and ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure customer receives regular updates on accounts or work in progress feedback
• Ensures debts are collected on schedule
• Maintains a sales diary containing customer details, orders, invoices, debts and ensuring all transactions are recorded in SALESFORCE.

Qualification Required & Experience

• BSc. Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial)
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Networking capabilities with customers
• Able to work under pressure and meet targets
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
