Job Description

  1. Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  2. Make travel arrangements
  3. Take dictation and minutes
  4. Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
  5. Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  6. Handle requests and queries appropriately
  7. Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  8. Devise and maintain office filing system

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCES

  • Minimum of Degree from a recognized university
  • Minimum of 4 years of working as a Personal Assistant to C-Suite level executives
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (you will be tested)
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
