Responsibilities:
- Maintaining good relationships with clients
- Direct consumer involvement to discover and understand client expectations and how to fulfill them.
- Provide great customer assistance, handle queries, and resolve issues to provide a good customer experience.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- A knowledge in graphic design and videography and possession of a valid driver’s license will be an added advantage.
