Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase sales.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand consumer behavior.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms to engage with customers and build brand loyalty.
- Analyze marketing data and generate reports to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Liaising between the company and its customers; by channeling customer grievances such as accounts reconciliation issues, issues with product orders etc., to the appropriate quarters.
- Building and maintaining a robust network of industry contacts
- Initiating and fostering relationships with key decision-makers.
- Developing and implementing effective communication strategies.
- Tailoring presentations to articulate the unique value proposition.
- Providing detailed updates on the progress of customer engagements
- Offering insights and recommendations to optimize the business development process
- Building and maintaining rapport with key stakeholders through periodic visits, exploring specific needs, anticipating new opportunities, attending customer’s social events etc
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing
