SanlamAllianz — Africa’s Largest Insurer — is looking for dynamic and results-oriented Insurance Sales Agents to join our General Insurance team in the Head Office Branch.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Prospecting and engaging new clients
• Generating quality leads and closing sales
• Researching customer needs and crafting winning sales strategies
• Achieving set targets — weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Qualification Required & Experience
Who We’re Looking For:
• Minimum qualification: WASSCE (HND or Degree is a plus)
• More than 1 year’s INSURANCE SALES experience will be an advantage
• Already employed people looking for extra income
• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
• Fast learner with a growth mindset
Remuneration: Competitive sales commission + monthly support allowance
Location: Ringway Estate, Osu
