Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:



Human Resources Management:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure all personnel files are up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations.

Administrative Management:

  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure efficient operation of administrative functions.
  • Manage office facilities and equipment, including procurement, maintenance, and inventory management.
  • Coordinate office activities and events, such as meetings, conferences, and workshops.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Oversee budgeting and financial planning for administrative expenses.
  • Handle correspondence, inquiries, and requests from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing administrative functions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
