Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures.
- Maintain HR records and ensure all personnel files are up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations.
Administrative Management:
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure efficient operation of administrative functions.
- Manage office facilities and equipment, including procurement, maintenance, and inventory management.
- Coordinate office activities and events, such as meetings, conferences, and workshops.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Oversee budgeting and financial planning for administrative expenses.
- Handle correspondence, inquiries, and requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing administrative functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
