Position Overview:

The Health and Information Specialist will play a pivotal role in integrating information management and organisational strategies. This dual role involves developing programs and strategies that prioritise information management alongside physical and mental health wellbeing. They will lead efforts to enhance workplace efficiency, promote a culture of organisational wellbeing, and contribute to a more holistic approach to business success.

Key Responsibilities:

The Health and Information Specialist will:

  • Design and implement integrated solutions that combine information management with financial planning, ensuring comprehensive support for athletes, fitness professionals, and corporate clients.
  • Serve as a focal point for attracting and retaining clients by offering a comprehensive suite of information management and organizational services.
  • Develop customised organisational wellness solutions focusing on employee efficiency and financial wellbeing, aimed at optimising productivity and reducing operational costs.
  • Cultivate partnerships that mutually benefit the organisational and financial aspects of ourclients’ businesses, leveraging Ideal Business Group’s expertise in accounting and financial advisory.
  • Offer personalised organisational and information management services, aligning with the unique needs of our diverse clientele.
  • Develop and deliver educational programs and workshops on information management, entrepreneurship, and organizational efficiency for various client segments.
  • Create specialised content for workshops, including Organisational Efficiency, Information Management Strategies, and Workplace Wellbeing, employing innovative learning approaches to engage clients effectively.
  • Advocate for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives that align with both organizational and financial wellbeing objectives.
  • Foster relationships within the sports and health-related industries through targeted networking events, digital platforms, and strategic partnerships to enhance both organisational and financial aspects of our clients’ businesses.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, or relevant experience.
  • Turkish kanguage skill desirable.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing health promotion programs.
  • Strong knowledge of health behaviour theories and public health principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
  • Passion for promoting health and wellness in diverse communities.
