Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead in providing the necessary requirement to clear all our statutory Regulatory requirement
- Provide Weekly monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
- Ensure monthly payment of VAT and liabilities to the appropriate regulatory authorities.
- Manage Trial balances and Financial Statements / Management Accounts of the business
- Lead our Tax audit reports
- Provide financial advice to client based on their circumstances, appetite for risk and desired level of future investment growth
- Analyzing client in information and future financial projection to ascertain the best invest solution and strategies considering our industry nature PO and payment after terms of invoicing
- Produce financial report and lead best strategy for invoicing considering all the overwhelming 18% Taxes
- Meeting all regulatory requirement
- Lead in Budget to client and advice on costing.
- Keeping up to date with the latest financial products and regulatory changes.
- Help Maintain sound financial books
- Have a strategy to enable receipt of monies from clients after project executions.
- Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take
- Analyze costs, pricing, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
- Provide strategy to manage financial leakages and help leading investment and diversification
- Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
- Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
- Recommend liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
Internals Activities:
- Manage Payroll records
- Lead Staff details of compensation, including all benefits
- Employer’s annual returns
- Create PAYE receipts and other requirement
- Help manage status of the employee Pension/Provident scheme
