• Deliver critical advice on navigating financial planning, managing risks, and adhering to compliance standards to support the organization’s sustained growth and stability.

Core Activities

• Facilitate workshops on financial record-keeping, reporting, and compliance.
• Mentor in developing and managing asset registers and financial planning tools.
• Advise on optimizing financial operations, enhancing liquidity, and funding strategies.
• Support in audit preparation, focusing on empowering staff with knowledge and skills.

Enhanced Financial Management and Accounting Proficiency:

• We’re looking for candidates with a solid foundation in financial management and accounting.
• Applicants should be well-versed in local tax laws and committed to adhering to Ghanaian accounting standards.
• Ideal qualifications include CPA, CA, ACCA, or CIMA certification, underscoring a comprehensive understanding crucial for legal compliance and the effective optimization of financial strategies within Ghana’s regulatory environment.
