
Our client, a leading manufacturing company is looking for an experienced individual to fill the role of SALES MANAGER (EXPORT) to assist in the daily coordination of sales activities in the company.
ROLE PROFILE:
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and enhancing the sales of products in other countries while ensuring that products are made available in the international markets by analysing the trends of customers and developing sales strategies to meet the company’s needs throughout the year. He or she would perform the following duties:
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and implement all export strategies and activities Ensure adherence to all project requirements and prepare all export documents within the required time frame Schedule efficient shipping activities and identify appropriate transportation methods in assistance with customers Supervise efficient working of Export staff and ensure compliance with all export objectives Design sales strategies according to customer requirement Evaluate all reports submitted by Export staff and recommend appropriate changes if required Monitor all existing and prospective markets and assist in identifying appropriate business opportunities in West Africa Prepare an effective business plan for all projects to achieve the required product volume and profit Monitor all sales transactions and review all customer responses for all orders and payments and resolve all customer issues Provide training to all export teams, perform assessment of all work, assist in achieving all export objectives, and develop and maintain professional relationships with all clients Ensure the promotion and awareness creation of the management systems (HSE ) Health, Safety and Environment / (QMS) Quality management system at the departmental level Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
